PSALM 133

“BEHOLD, HOW GOOD AND HOW PLEASANT IT IS FOR BROTHERS TO DWELL
TOGETHER IN UNITY! IT IS LIKE THE PRECIOUS OIL UPON THE HEAD, COMING
DOWN UPON THE BEARD, EVEN AARON’S BEARS, COMING DOWN UPON THE
EDGE OF HIS ROBES. IT IS LIKE THE DEW OF HERMON COMING UPON THE
MOUNTAINS OF ZION; FOR THERE THE LORD COMMANDED THE BLESSINGLIFE
FOREVER.”

The thief comes to kill, steal, and destroy.
God came for life, to give, and to build up.
And that’s what we need to remember when we have arguments
with people when there are disagreement and discord among
us. When we do have problems arise among each other,
remember whom we’re up against. Many times we pit the
problems against each other when really there is the problem,
and there is us. And in these situations, the devil really wants
our emotions to get the best of us, and that creates walls and
bitterness between strangers, friends, and even family. He wants
to pit people against each other and destroy friendships and
relationships.

While God reminds us to put our emotions aside, our pride and
ego must not be in the way of these things. We must be quick to
forgive, and quick to understand. Through our disagreements,
we can choose to grow, or we can ruin what we have built up for
years. But God calls us to unity, for in unity we have the most
power. When we unite together as a youth, as a church, as a
community of Christians we can change the world and provoke
revival throughout the nation.
