H A L L E L U J A H | GOD BE PRAISED
They praised Him in between bars of jail cells; they shouted His name from the rooftops; they proclaimed Him throughout the land; they remembered His goodness and declared His lovingkindness; they exalted His glorious splendor.
Why?
He gave Abraham a promise and a son. He brought the Israelites deliverance out of bondage and slavery, from chains and shackles into freedom they walked into the land of and prosperity and blessing. He gave David an everlasting kingdom, and He promised a Savior. To the whole world the Lord brought redemption by a new covenant; a covenant of complete freedom, and life. This is why nations sing His name and proclaim the name of Jesus Christ! Remember that when the sorrows of this world try to drown you. Remember that God has saved you, and He forever loves you. He is ALWAYS worthy to be praised.
