Questioning yourself where you belong?
That’s normal. We all go through a period of identifying our place and purpose.
Feeling broken or useless? A little hopeless? Not cheery?
I have good news for you.
You may have been blinded by asking the wrong questions. Such as these ones: Who am I? What matters to me? What am I good at or capable of being good at?
The problem is these questions distort the focus: the focus does not lie in self. You can only truly find yourself – who you are and your identity – in Christ!
Rephrase the questions. Now ask yourself this: Who has God created you to be? How has He designed you? (according to His image) What matters to God?
What has He designed you to be good at or what is He capable of making you good at?
Answered these questions? Congratulations! You may have just refocused your course of life! Now, live intentionally. You are no longer broken down.
